FES Retail cooperates with the flagship program in the field of fashion ed.
For several years already, FES retail has been an informational partner of the "Management in the Fashion Industry" program of the Faculty of Public Policy and Management of the RANEPA University. As part of the course, top managers, as well as company partners, share knowledge from various fields of fashion business with students.
The main speaker of the course is CEO of FES retail, Anna Pilyugina. "It is always interesting and pleasant for me to work with such motivated and talented students. It is important for me to introduce them to the specifics of the fashion industry in Russia using the examples of real cases. To make the course as practice–oriented as possible, we organize meetings with industry experts and give students the opportunity to express themselves and show their image-building skills," Anna shared.
FES retail also provides places for students of the program to complete an internship. Students not only try themselves and gain experience of working in the fashion industry, but also share their ideas and fresh vision of work processes with the company's employees. This is how an organic professional and creative interchange is born.
